Sagewater Springs, built in 1954, is an intimate mid-century modern seven-room Spa on Miracle Hill in Desert Hot Springs, California.
Our location offers a breathtaking 360-degree panorama of majestic mountains, inviting you to immerse yourself in our renowned healing waters. The magical crystal-clear water emerges from the ground at a 150° F, it flows into the Spa (102°-104° F), slides over the ledge to the warm swimming pool (90°-92° F) - then flows out into the desert to recharge the aquifer and feed the local flora and fauna…
We welcome adults over 18 years. Fully supervised children are invited, only with a full hotel book out.

Miracle Hill - It's the water....
The hottest mineral aquifer is located in an area of Desert Hot Springs called Miracle Hill. This tiny 6-block area is the source of the hottest and richest mineral water in southern California. It is home to a small number of highly rated resort spas.
The hotter the mineral water, the greater the mineral content. Sagewater Springs is located near the central, the hottest area of Miracle Hill where our water emerges from the ground at 160° degrees.
Our nutrient rich mineral water provides a high content of Sulfate, Calcium, Iron, and Magnesium as well as trace elements such as Iodine, Manganese, and Selenium.
