The Waters of Miracle Hill

Tucked away in the heart of Desert Hot Springs lies a geological wonder—Miracle Hill, home to some of the hottest and most mineral-rich waters in Southern California. This tiny, six-block area is the source of a powerful aquifer, where natural geothermal waters rise from deep within the earth, enriched with minerals that have been cherished for centuries for their restorative and therapeutic benefits.

At Sagewater Springs, we are fortunate to be near the central, hottest area of Miracle Hill, where our mineral water emerges at an impressive 160 degrees Fahrenheit before being cooled to the perfect temperature for soaking. The higher the water’s heat, the more potent its mineral content—offering a nourishing blend of sulfate, calcium, iron, and magnesium, as well as essential trace elements like iodine, manganese, and selenium. These minerals work in harmony to ease muscle tension, support circulation, and promote overall well-being, making each soak a deeply healing experience.

But the magic of our waters extends beyond the hot springs. Even our drinking water is a natural gift, sourced from a local cold mineral spring known for its exceptional purity. Naturally alkaline and rich in essential nutrients, it hydrates and revitalizes from the inside out, offering an invigorating complement to the restorative power of our thermal pool.

For centuries, cultures around the world have recognized the profound benefits of mineral waters, embracing them as a source of renewal for the body, mind, and spirit. Today, that tradition continues at Sagewater Springs, where guests are invited to immerse, relax, and reconnect—soaking under the vast desert sky, breathing in the stillness, and letting the waters work their quiet, healing magic. Your body deeply relaxed, and your skin will feel silky and smooth. Ready for anything!

Come experience the timeless power of Miracle Hill’s waters—where nature’s purest elements come together to restore, refresh, and remind us how taking good care of ourselves is a gift to us, and all those we interact with.
